“Kamuter was born in transit, and ‘Beholder’ is transporting.

A big, fuzzy, inviting machine that carries you away across a cinematic landscape of dreamlike ambience and bell-like pulses — sometimes twinkling, sometimes rhythmic and bouncy, and occasionally stretched out as if walking towards a horizon we cannot reach.

Kamuter has an empathic ear for his environment, a sonic treasure hunter sharing his worldly discoveries. Human voices murmur from beyond your headphones, or come to the fore speaking snippets and phrases that aren’t what they seem. But semantic satiation can be just as satisfying as a meaningful mantra: I know it’s happening, and I like it.

Beholder is a trip, taking you places where you take deep breaths, and dance, and dream. And tho it seems, at times, we won’t make it thru the storm, we’re left with a sort of optimistic introspection: Nah, I’m good.”
